This Christmas Season Stelios Parliaros and “Glykes Alchimies” prepared to us a festive menu! From the December 10th and every Saturday until the end of the year, the well-known pastry presented in his television show on SKAI TV, the most delicious “gifts” to impress his young and older fans.

Among the festive recipes, Stelios Parliaros chose products Hippocrates Garden & Super Berries Collection providing specific instructions for their sweet creations lovers. Stelios Parliaros’ proposals were a cheesecake with “kataifi” sheet and a light filling from cream cheese, powdered sugar and cranberries Super Berries Collection, pie with traditional sheet and dried fruits Super Fruit Mix Super Berries Collection and the two cakes (the first one with almonds and spices, and the second one with avocados, apples, honey and oats) using the Super Fruit Mix Super Berries Collection and famous osmotic Hippophaes Hippocrates Garden.

For the Christmas Eve Stelios Parliaros proposed a puff pastry pie with chocolate and jam cranberry from the Super Berries Collection as well as a Christmas tart with whole cranberries and Aronia jam Super Berries Collection for the stuffing. In the last episode of the year, Stelios created the liquid chocolate cake by using the blueberry jam Super Berries Collection for the filling and goji berries with chocolate coating Hippocrates Garden.
